Lately, it feels like the world is not trying to hide its shifts anymore.
You can see it in where attention is going & money is moving, and you can definitely see it in how certain regions are no longer waiting to be part of the conversation; "They are leading it."
In this issue of LA Evolution, we examine these shifts as forces that shape our lives, consumption, thoughts, and evolution.
The Middle East stands at the centre, not just growing fast but clear about its direction. There is a kind of confidence in that growth. Luxury, wellness, infrastructure, and capital: they are all moving together, not separately. This changes how the world responds.
Luxury does not feel as loud as it used to. It feels more internal now. More tied to how someone lives day to day, how they feel, how balanced they are. Wellbeing awareness is growing, especially among women, and it feels genuine.
But there is also a quieter question underneath all of this.
Are we actually feeling better, or have we just become better at managing how things look on the outside? This thought stayed with me throughout this issue.
The changes we're seeing are significant. Power is shifting. Alliances are adjusting. Energy, influence, capital: all of it is being reworked in real time. These are not abstract ideas anymore. They are already shaping how we live and what comes next.
In the midst of this, the only thing that matters is whether we're paying attention.
Not reacting immediately. Not resisting everything. Just being aware enough to understand what is actually changing.
In What I Know Is True, I have written about this in a more direct way. Not as a conclusion, but as something I am still observing myself. Because right now, certainty feels less useful than awareness.
Everything is moving, and that's clear; what we do with it is still a choice.
